These training packages are designed to give nonprofit teams access to Michele S. Williams’ expertise—without requiring live facilitation or one-on-one coaching. Drawing from her 25+ years of leadership in human services, systems transformation, and organizational development, each package offers actionable strategies and real-world guidance to help nonprofits strengthen their internal capacity and deepen their external impact. Training can be conducted in person or virtually. However, for groups larger than 20, we recommend in-person with no more than 60 people per session. Each training includes clear instruction, practical exercises, and tools you can implement right away—rooted in Michele’s deep understanding of nonprofit realities and her commitment to helping mission-driven teams thrive.
